Spanning a vast 9-hectare estate in the Marigha region, this monumental turnkey project showcases our capacity to manage large-scale luxury developments. Executed over a two-year period with a dedicated workforce of 200 personnel, our company oversaw every facet of the construction. We successfully renovated and modernized an existing 120 sqm villa and three 40 sqm bungalow suites, upgrading all finishes to elite hospitality standards. Concurrently, we constructed nine brand-new luxury bungalow suites from the ground up, ensuring seamless architectural harmony across the estate.

As a fully turnkey delivery, our scope extended far beyond the structural works. We expertly executed all interior and exterior MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations, alongside state-of-the-art HVAC (heating and air conditioning) systems. The exterior transformation was equally ambitious. Our team engineered and constructed multiple swimming pools and artificial lakes, complemented by extensive landscaping and green space curation. The result is a breathtaking, fully functional luxury retreat delivered to the highest technical and aesthetic standards.
