Situated in the heart of the historic Medina of Marrakech, this project required the meticulous renovation and interior reconfiguration of a traditional 135 sqm Riad. Navigating the unique logistical constraints of the old city, our team successfully redesigned the interior layout to optimize the living spaces and improve natural flow. We executed comprehensive finishing works, seamlessly blending modern comfort with authentic craftsmanship through high-quality tiling, custom plasterwork, and precise surface treatments.

A critical component of this historic renovation was the complete modernization of the Riad’s technical infrastructure. We expertly installed entirely new Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, a complex task within traditional masonry. This included the seamless integration of modern air conditioning (HVAC) units, updated electrical networks, and completely new plumbing systems, all carefully concealed to preserve the aesthetic integrity of the building. This rigorous technical upgrade ensures the Riad meets the highest contemporary standards of safety, efficiency, and modern comfort.
