Set within a sprawling 10-hectare estate in the mountainous region of Marigha, this project required the extensive structural renovation of an existing 780 sqm villa. Our team successfully transformed the property into a luxury boutique hotel, executing complex structural modifications to integrate eight premium suites, a full-service spa, a hammam, a sauna, a bespoke bar, and a main swimming pool. The challenge was to deliver flawless finishes while upgrading the existing structure to meet high-end hospitality standards.

Beyond the initial renovation, we constructed a completely new annex from the ground up, designed to house a restaurant, a large event hall, and four additional suites. The exterior phase of the project was equally ambitious. We carried out extensive earthworks and landscaping across the vast domain, constructing three additional swimming pools and curating the green spaces. The result is a seamless integration of robust construction and nature, creating a perfectly serene and relaxing retreat for guests.”
