This project involved the comprehensive renovation and spatial reconfiguration of a 205 sqm private villa. Our team expertly managed the complete interior overhaul, strategically modifying partition walls to optimize the living spaces and improve the flow of the home. We executed all interior finishes with meticulous attention to detail, handling everything from high-quality tiling and custom plasterwork to flawless painting, ultimately breathing a modern and elegant new life into the property.

To ensure the villa met contemporary standards of comfort, we entirely upgraded its technical infrastructure, executing all new electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning (HVAC) installations. The exterior transformation was equally significant. We carried out full landscaping works and constructed a brand-new custom swimming pool from the ground up. This included the complex structural build of the pool, a dedicated technical room, a water balance tank, and premium pool finishes, providing the client with a luxurious and fully functional outdoor oasis.
