In a major disaster recovery effort following the 2023 Al Haouz earthquake, our company was selected to execute the complete reconstruction of a devastated village in Imegdal. This monumental project is being conducted through a strategic partnership between the Moroccan Ministry of Interior and the UAE Embassy. Our initial scope involved the critical and highly complex logistical challenge of extensive site clearing and debris removal across the entire village, paving the way for the safe and systematic rebuilding of the community.

Location : Imegdal, Al Haouz Region

Scope of Work : Site Clearing, Turnkey Build & VRD

Partners : Ministry of Interior & UAE Embassy

Key Achievement : 88 Homes & Disaster Recovery

Currently, we are executing the turnkey construction of 88 individual housing units, ranging from 65 to 80 sqm. We are managing every aspect of the build, from structural foundations and masonry to all interior finishes and MEP installations, ensuring each displaced family receives a safe, modern, and fully functional home. Looking ahead, our scope extends to the comprehensive master-planning of the village. The upcoming phase will involve full VRD (Infrastructure and Utility) works, including the construction of road networks, public utility connections, and essential village infrastructure.
